PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) has appointed Eugene Wong Weng Soon executive director of the Issues and Investment Division, effective today.
He succeeds Datuk Kris Azman Abdullah, who left the SC yesterday after 5½ years of service. The SC said Azman had “contributed greatly” to the many key SC initiatives, particularly in the development of the primary capital market.
