RAM revises expressway operator’s Islamic debt ratings

PETALING JAYA: RAM Ratings has revised Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd’s RM1.46bil Bai’ Bithaman Ajil Islamic Debt Securities (BaIDS) to a negative rating watch, BBB3.

Senai-Desaru is a special-purpose company incorporated to undertake the design, construction, management, operation and maintenance of the 77km Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway in Johor.
