KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corporation Bhd
's RM700.11mil irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (ICULS) and 700.11 million warrants would be listed and quoted on Thursday.
A circular said on Wednesday they comprised of the 10-year 5% ICULS 2012/2022 at 100% of its nominal value and free detachable warrants were issued pursuant to the rights issue.
