Ingens’ Chin fails to show up at AGM


Chin: ‘There is no point in going there because I am not a director yet.’

KUALA LUMPUR: Chin Boon Long, a major shareholder of Ingenuity Solutions Bhd (Ingens), did not show up at the company's annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday although he did send his proxies to the meeting.

When contacted yesterday, he said “there is no point in going there because I am not a director yet. I would rather concentrate on building the business.”
