PETALING JAYA: Kawan Food Bhd
's wholly-owned unit, Kawan Food Confectionery Sdn Bhd (KFC), has tied up with Hot & Roll Holdings Sdn Bhd to set up a joint venture company known as Hot & Go Management Sdn Bhd, which will embark on a business to operate retail kiosks, restaurants and/or cafeterias under the trademark “Hot & Go.”
In a note to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Kawan Food said both KFC and Hot & Roll had an equal share of 50% each in the joint venture company.
