Bhd is making a foray into the education sector via a substantial stake purchase in Stamford College Bhd's two subsidiaries.
In filings with Bursa Malaysia, it said it had entered into agreements with Stamford College Bhd to acquire a 51% stake in Stamford College (PJ) Sdn Bhd and Stamford College (Malacca) Sdn Bhd for RM2.5mil cash.
