PETALING JAYA: Developer SP Setia Bhd
is moving into the Embassy Row in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, with plans to build and develop commercial and residential properties worth RM1.04bil.
Its unit, Setia Hicon Sdn Bhd, has succeeded in its tender to acquire the land currently occupied by the British High Commission in the Embassy Row for RM294.97mil.
