’s subsidiary Sunway South Quay Sdn Bhd (SSQ) is undertaking a project to build two blocks of condominiums in Sunway, Petaling Jaya via a tie-up with Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte Ltd.
Sunway had on Thursday inked a subscription and shareholders agreement with Mitsui Fudosan’s unit SEA Investment Four Pte Ltd (SEAI4) and Prosper Revenue Sdn Bhd (PRSB).
