Petrol One scraps RM7m purchase of Ombak Meridien

KUALA LUMPUR: Petrol One Resources Berhad (PetOne) is not going ahead for the proposed purchase of a 51.22% stake of Ombak Meridien Services Sdn Bhd for RM7mil.

PetOne said on Monday that after the initial due diligence, it declined to go ahead to purchase the stake in Ombak Meridien which is involved in shipping, oil and gas, manpower and logistics
