KUALA LUMPUR: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has confirmed that Momoto Sdn Bhd has filed a lawsuit against its subsidiary Petronas Technical Services.
The suit was filed in the Kuala Lumpur High Court on July 29, it said on Tuesday, in its comments on recent Press reports on the on-going legal suit by Momoto.
