Naim sells Dayang shares


PETALING JAYA: Naim Holdings Bhd has announced that it has sold 15 million shares in Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd in the open market, raising RM84mil for the company.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said: “The disposal enables Naim to realise some of its investment in Dayang at an attractive return. The proceeds represent a premium of RM4.43 per share, or approximately 378.6% above the unaudited net asset per share of Dayang of RM1.17 as at Sept 30, 2013.”
