Glove-makers fall as CIMB Research downgrades sector


CIMB Research says given the higher industry risks and the unattractive valuations, it has downgraded the glove-making sector from Overweight to Neutral.

KUALA LUMPUR: Most glove-makers fell on Thursday on concerns of oversupply, which prompted CIMB Equities Research to downgrade the sector from Overweight to Neutral.

At midday, Hartalega slid four sen to RM6.77, Kossan down nine sen to RM4.40 and Supermax down six sen to RM2.72.
