Zecon faces roadblock with director Bolhassan opposing privatisation


PETALING JAYA: Zecon Bhd director Datuk Bolhassan Di @ Ahmad Di has opposed the company’s proposed selective capital reduction (SCR) exercise that will pave the way for its privatisation.

The Sarawak-based construction outfit told Bursa Malaysia that it had received a letter from Bolhassan, who owns 11.50 million shares or a 9.66% stake, that he would vote against the SCR.
