Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail says the company will call for an EGM soon to present the Federal Government's proposal and takeover offer of water concession companies to shareholders.

KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd will call for an EGM soon to present the Federal Government's proposal and takeover offer of all the water concession companies to the shareholders.

Its executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail said on Wednesday he believed the majority and minority shareholders would prioritise the interest of the domestic and commercial consumers in the Klang Valley as well as the national interest over commercial considerations.
