AlloyMtd Group sells Shell office building for RM138mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Infrastructure company AlloyMtd Group has sold its Bangunan Shell Malaysia in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur to Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia for RM138mil.

The exercise was done via AlloyMtd’s unit Alloy Properties Sdn Bhd, the group said on Friday.
