PETALING JAYA: The exclusivity period for the heads of agreement (HOA) between Symphony House Bhd and Ranhill Energy and Resources Bhd has been extended to June 30, 2014, following its expiry yesterday.
Symphony and Ranhill entered into the HOA on March 26 to facilitate the listing of the latter in a reverse takeover exercise. The agreement originally had an exclusivity period of two months from the date of the agreement.
