Boustead Plantation earnings surge 36% to RM30mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Plantation, due to be listed on Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, reported a 36% surge in earnings to RM30.1mil from RM22.1mil in the first quarter ended March 31, 2014, helped along by higher palm oil and palm kernel prices.

Revenue, in comparison, inched up just 3.3% to RM198.6mil from RM192.2mil.
