Sumatec appoints Ahmad Johari


PETALING JAYA: Ahmad Johari Abdul Razak, brother of prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, has been appointed to Practice Note 17 oil and gas outfit Sumatec Resources Bhd.

The 59-year-old Ahmad Johari joined Sumatec yesterday as an independent non-executive director, and has 1.92% direct interest in the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as at June 30.
