KUALA LUMPUR: Sumatec Resources Bhd may consider undertaking a rights issue to part fund the proposed purchase of 100% equity in Borneo Energy Oil and Gas Ltd.
Its chief executive officer Chris Dalton said on Thursday this was one of proposals it is looking into.
