KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission has filed civil enforcement action against Kenneth Vun @ Vun Yun Liun and six others for allegedly manipulating in DVM Technology Bhd (DVM) shares in March 2006.
The SC said on Tuesday the six others were Teng Choo Teik, Simon Lin Siang Hock, Lye Pei Ling, Chuah Hock Soon, Choong Lay Ti and Gui Boon Huat.
