PETALING JAYA: Supported by favourable market conditions, UOB KayHian Research said small and mid-cap stocks with compelling investment themes still have legs.

In a report, the research house said its top picks included Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB), Deleum Bhd, Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd (particularly its loan stock) and Hong Leong Industries Bhd.
