PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has rejected High-5 Conglomerate Bhd’s proposed regularisation plan, which could entail the delisting of the stock next month.
The confectionery maker noted that the trading in the securities of the company would be suspended with effect from Aug 14 and the securities of the company would be de-listed on Sept 10. The delisting would be deferred if an appeal against the rejection of the regularisation plan and de-listing was submitted to Bursa Securities on or before Sept 5, the filing said.
