KUALA LUMPUR: Globaltec Formation Bhd's 85.56 million shares were traded in an off-market deal on Monday at half the market price.
Stock market data showed the shares, which represented a 1.58% stake based on its paid-up of 5.381 billion shares, were transacted at 5.0 sen each.
