Bursa trading hits all-time high for second straight day


KUALA LUMPUR: The massive churning of several penny stocks by traders saw Bursa Malaysia recording an all-time trading volume of 7.669 billion shares on Wednesday amid a much weaker market.

At the close, the FBM KLCI rose 6.73 points to 1,878.89 on foreign fund buying of key stocks. Turnover was 7.669 billion shares valued at RM3.304bil.
