Puncak wants to offer its expertise to other states and overseas


PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd, which is in the midst of completing Selangor’s water restructuring, is taking its expertise in water services and infrastructure to other states as well as expanding abroad.

The company is also banking on its other businesses – plantation and oil and gas – after it recently accepted the Selangor government’s takeover offer for its stakes in Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) for RM1.56bil.
