KONSORTIUM Transnasional Bhd (KTB), the largest bus operator in the country, is gradually streamlining its operations to minimise leakages amid intensifying competition within the local bus operating industry.

“We’ve been in the business for a while. However, the industry is heavily regulated and there are just too many bus operators in the country,” says KTB chairman and managing director Tan Sri Mohd Nadzmi Mohd Salleh.
