CIMB, SKPetro lead rebound but market outlook bearish (Update)


KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group and SapuraKencana Petroleum underpinned the blue chips’ rebound at midday on Friday amid a firmer market but a one ot two day rebound would not change the bearish outlook.

At 12.30pm, the KLCI was up 12.61 points or 0.71% to 1,780.38. Turnover was 1.12 billion shares valued at RM939.13mil. There were 700 gainers, 136 losers and 200 stocks unchanged.
