Ho Hup fixes price for private placemen


PETALING JAYA: Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd has fixed the issue price of its private placement shares to independent third-party investors at RM1.12 per share.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction and property development company said the issue price of RM1.12 per placement share represented a discount of approximately 9.69%, or 12 sen, from the five-day weighted average market price of Ho Hup shares from Jan 7 to Jan 13, which was around RM1.24 per share.
