E&O buys London office building for RM309mil


PETALING JAYA: Eastern & Oriental (E&O) Bhd is acquiring two office buildings known as Landmark House and Thames Tower in London for £57mil (RM308.94mil).

Hammersmith Properties Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern & Oriental Property (UK) (EOPUK) Ltd, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of E&O, entered into a property sale with GEMS Hammersmith (Luxembourg) SARL on Jan 16.
