LRT3 project delivery partner frontrunners ‘still a wild guess’, no confirmation


PETALING JAYA: The frontrunners to be the project delivery partner of the RM9bil light rail transit line three (LRT3) have yet to be identified at this point in time, said a high ranking official of Prasarana Malaysia Bhd.

He was responding to a recent news report that two joint-venture parties - Naza TTDI-China’s Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co Ltd and Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB)-George Kent (M) Bhd, as well as UEM Group, as the “selected” top three out of the seven shortlisted bidders.
