PETALING JAYA: After several false starts, JAKS Resources Bhd
’s 1,200MW power plant project in Vietnam is back on track with a bigger joint-venture partner, China Power Engineering Consulting Group.
“We are confident that this partnership will work out. China Power is strong financially. They own power plants in China and have more than 300 power projects worldwide.
