Profit-making China Stationery seeks to exit PN17


PETALING JAYA: China Stationery Ltd has made an application to be uplifted from the Practice Note 17 (PN17) status, after having recorded a net profit for two consecutive quarters.

PN17 denotes a company in financial distress. The integrated plastic stationery company said yesterday that it had also submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to waive the submission of a regularisation plan.
