Perisai Petroleum grants call options to Macquarie Bank


Perisai said the minimum exercise payment amount for each exercise was RM2mil (this was amended in a supplemental agreement signed the following day to RM1.5mil, it announced on Wednesday).

In its first announcement to the bourse on the proposed private placement, Perisai had estimated to raise about RM37mil based on an issue price of 31 sen per placement share.
