AFTER the proposed sale of the Kajang Traffic Dispersal Ring Road, better known as the Kajang Silk Highway, all eyes are on the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), which is also up for grabs.
According to industry sources, the SKVE, a 51.7km dual-carriageway stretching from Kajang to Pulau Indah, has been up for sale for some time, but there has not been any taker yet.
