PETALING JAYA: Hengyuan Refining Company Bhd’s (HRC) board of directors approved two projects costing a total of US$160mil (RM684.5mil) at its refining complex in Port Dickson, according to a Bursa filing.
The refiner, formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Bhd, said the board approved the investment for a Euro 4M Mogas plant. It is expected to come on-stream by the second half of 2018.
