CCM Duopharma obtains additional credit from OCBC Bank


PNB owns 70% of CCM, which, in turn, has a 73.4% stake in CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Duopharma (M) Sdn Bhd (DMSB), has entered and executed a credit facility agreement with OCBC Bank (M) Bhd for an additional RM10mil.

DMSB has been maintaining a RM9.55mil credit facilities from OCBC since 2009 and the limit has been fully utilised as at March 31, 2017.

“In view of the full utilisation of the credit facilities, OCBC has offered an additional limit of RM10mil  to the existing credit facilities to cater for any upcoming and future business requirement.

“With the additional RM10mil credit facilities, the new total limit from OCBC shall be RM19.55mil,” CCM Duopharma said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday.
