AQRS ropes in Ted Fang for Kota Kinabalu job


KUALA LUMPUR: Gabungan AQRS Bhd has brought in real estate investor Ted Fang, the Singaporean businessman who holds the Days Inn master franchise for China, to take part in the development of RM1.8bil One Jesselton Waterfront in Kota Kinabalu.

The company said it had inked a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday with Fang’s private investment vehicle Tera Capital Ltd to invest, develop and operate the mixed development project.
