AFTER the series of co-ordinated attacks on Sept 11, 2001 in the US, the building design industry changed the way tall buildings are designed.
Commonly known as 9/11, the incident saw the collapsed of New York’s One World Trade Centre and its twin towers of 110 storeys. At a height of 1,368 ft, it was the tallest building in the world until another building surpassed it a year after it was completed.
