Serba Dinamik enters MoAs for two projects

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd intends to enter into two separate Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for the development of industrial and commercial projects in Pengerang, Johor and construction work of mixed residential and commercial project in Kota Tinggi, Johor. 

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Thursday, Serba Dinamik said its wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd intended to enter into a MoA with Izin Budi Sdn Bhd (IBSB) for a collaborative development of industrial and commercial projects on a piece 15.87 acres land located at Bukit Pelali, Mukim Pengerang, Daerah Pengerang.

The company added that another wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Group Bhd intended to enter into a MoA with AlMurisi Holding Sdn Bhd (AHSB) to participate in the construction work of a 70-acre mixed residential and commercial development area on a piece of contiguous land located at Mukim Pantai Timur, Daerah Kota Tinggi, Johor.

“Both the MoAs provide opportunities for Serba to participate in the development of industrial, commercial and residential projects on an approximately 132-acre in Pengerang, Johor,” Serba said. 

Under the MoAs, Serba said it shall participate in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of the project. 

“It is envisaged that the project shall comprise of Pengerang eco-Industrial Park (PeIP), Pengerang International Commercial Centre as well as mixed residential and commercial development namely Pengerang Northshore Residence,” it added. 

Serba is also proposing to establish Malaysia’ first oil and gas maintenance, repair and overhaul and inspection, repair and maintenance Global Centre of Excellence within the PeIP.
