Creador’s Brahmal now Palette Multimedia’s substantial shareholder

KUALA LUMPUR: Creador Sdn Bhd founder and chief executive officer Brahmal Vasudevan has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Palette Multimedia Bhd with a 5.21% stake.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology solutions provider said Brahmal acquired 17.7 million shares in the company today (Tuesday).

That made him Palette Multimedia’s fourth largest shareholder.

According to the company’s annual report, Brahmal is also Palette Multimedia’s second largest warrants holder with 20 million warrants (13.77%) as at Sept 5, 

The shares he acquired on Tuesday have a market value of RM5.58mil based on the company’s latest traded price. 

The counter finished 1 sen higher at 31.5 sen on Tuesday, with 48.76 million shares changing hands.
