PETALING JAYA: AirAsia Bhd completed the corporate exercise between its ground handling unit and that of Singapore’s SATS Ltd (SATS), a move that will see the low cost carrier realise some RM360.29mil (S$119.3mil).
Under the exercise, AirAsia’s Ground Team Red Holdings Sdn Bhd (GTRH) will acquire a 80% stake in SATS Ground Services Singapore Pte Ltd.
