IGB halted on scheme for Goldis stake buy


Trading in IGB shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia will continue to be suspended until completion of the scheme, and delisting of IGB Corp from the official list of Bursa Malaysia.

PETALING JAYA: Trading in IGB Corp Bhd’s shares has been suspended with effect from 9am today to facilitate the implementation of a members’ scheme of arrangement for Goldis Bhd to acquire the entire equity interest that it does not own in IGB Corp.

Trading in IGB shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia will continue to be suspended until completion of the scheme, and delisting of IGB Corp from the official list of Bursa Malaysia.
