Benz dealer Lei Shing Hong plans US$800mil relisting


HONG KONG: Lei Shing Hong Ltd, which runs Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Asia and Europe, is planning to relist in Hong Kong in a deal that could raise around US$800mil, according to a source.

The Hong Kong-based company is working with investment banks on the planned share sale, it said. Lei Shing Hong targets to list as soon as the second half of this year, according to the source.
