Ekovest Bhd failed to get its shareholders' full support for the takeover of Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd

KUALA LUMPUR: Ekovest Bhd has secured a RM99.88mil contract from the Dewan Bandaraya KL (DBKL) for package two of the River of Life project.

The construction company said on Monday it had received a letter of acceptance from DBKL for the improvement and beautification works at Taman Titiwangsa.

It said the total contract sum is RM99.88mil and if it includes the 6% Goods and Service Tax it would be RM105.88mil. The period for completion is 78 weeks.

“The works are expected to contribute positively to the future revenue and earnings of Ekovest  and its subsidiaries,” it said.
