Sumatec down 30% after auditors' disclaimer of opinion


KUALA LUMPUR: Sumatec Resources Bhd plunged 30% after its external auditors expressed disclaimer opinion on its financial year ended Dec 31, 2017 (FY17) accounts.

The counter fell 30.77%, or two sen to 4.5 sen. It is currently the most heavily traded counter with 84.3 million shares exchanged hands. Sumatec-WB tumbled 33.33%, or 0.5 sen to one sen with 7.7 million shares done.
