Indonesia plans 25% biodiesel rule from 2019

JAKARTA: Indonesia will make it mandatory for biodiesel to have a bio-content of at least 25% from 2019, an energy ministry official said, as the country pushes to boost local consumption of palm oil.

New and renewable energy director Rida Mulyana sent a text message saying the policy would start in 2019 in response to questions on the matter from Reuters.
