Dialog acquires last 20% stakes in Langsat terminals


KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd’s unit is acquiring the remaining 20% interests in Langsat Terminal (One) Sdn Bhd and Langsat Terminal (Two) Sdn Bhd from Puma Energy Asia Pacific BV for a total of RM62.6mil.

The company which provides services in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries is buying Langsat One for RM43mil and Langsat Two for RM19.6mil.
