WCT and Bina Puri are among the more active contractors in Sabah over the past few years

PETALING JAYA: The path for WCT Holdings Bhd to make claims worth RM1.19bil for its contract dispute with Meydan Group LLC has now been cleared, following the Dubai court’s dismissal of the latter’s civil suit.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, WCT said it had been informed by its lawyers that the Dubai Civil Court of Cassation (COC) had dismissed the case.
