PLUS and IHH Healthcare likely to be key priorities for fund

THE change in the board members of Khazanah Nasional Bhd is a precursor to the change in the strategic fund’s mission and purpose, moving forward.

The Pakatan Harapan-led government will now once again ensure that Khazanah acts as the strategic investment fund for Malaysia and not as a sovereign wealth fund. By that, it means that Khazanah is entrusted to hold and manage the commercial assets of the government, and to undertake strategic investments on behalf of the nation.
