In a statement, the SC said that it has not authorised any ICOs pending the finalisation of its guidelines.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) yesterday warned the public against buying fake exam questions relating to the SC Licensing Examinations (SCLE) from unauthorised online and third-party sources.

In a statement, the regulator stressed that only its learning and development arm, the Securities Industry Development Corp (SIDC), is authorised to conduct the licensing examinations and to provide materials for the SCLE.
